Story about a young girl who is Pheonix touched (has white hair). She goes and discovers a graves of some long dead wizards who took over the world a long time ago and have had the world in a constant cycle of build up and destroy for thousands of years when they took over the power of the Dragon and destroyed the Pheonix. Eventually the young girl gains the power of the Pheonix and is able to overthrow the ancient rulers and restore balance between the Pheonix (mercy) and the Dragon (justice).
