Demons rise every night and kill everyone in sight. At the beginning of the story only defensive wards that stop them from getting to you exist. As the story develops Arlen Baales figures out how to make offensive wards so humanity can start fighting back. The story is fun but definitely dark. Towards the end the totally not Muslims vs Christian story isn't very well done or fun in my opinion.
